Classic Daiquiri

We believe the concept of a traditional daiquiri has been destroyed by the use of pre-boxed mixes. This is the real deal:

  • 2 oz Owneys
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Shake vigorously and double strain into coupe glass
  • Lime wheel garnish

The NegrOwney

The rum negroni is so underrated!

  • 1 oz Owney’s
  •  1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Stir ingredients with cracked ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
  • Garnish with orange twist

El Presidente

Our favorite for when something stirred and boozy calls.

  • 1.5 oz Owney’s
  • 1.5 oz Dolin Vermouth Blanc
  • 1 bar spoon Orange Curacao
  • 0.5 bar spoon grenadine
  • Stir ingredients with cracked ice and strain into coupe glass
  • Garnish with thick slice of orange peel

The Smash

  • 2 oz Owney’s
  • 2-3 sprigs of Mint
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 bar spoon of sugar
  • muddle sugar, lemon and mint at bottom of rocks glass, add Owney’s then ice and club soda floater


This is our painkiller.

  • 2 oz Owneys
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice
  • Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice
  • Sprinkle with ground nutmeg

Mai Tai

  • 2 oz Owney’s
  • ½ oz Curacao
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of vanilla extract
